Eloisa comes to Narrogin Primary School with her most recent leadership experience as a Department of Education system leader, in the role of Collegiate Principal for nearly 2 years, providing support, guidance and coaching to Principals across the state in school improvement and leading Department of Education initiatives.  Prior to this, she was the proud principal of Darkan Primary School for 10 years.
